It's More Soup!


Looking for more new ideas about how to serve comfort in a soup bowl?  Come and make more delicious soups using mostly vegetables available in winter months, and enjoy them for lunch.  The fall soup class made rich and "creamy" soups.  This class will focus on broth based soups, and you'll even learn a new and easy way to make a yummy vegetable stock that can be frozen to use any time.  All the recipes are easy to prepare.  We'll use an immersion blender once again, and you can purchase one at class if you don't already have one at home.  Just make sure you tell us you need one when you register so that we have enough of them at class.  Class is held at a local private home.
